Then again it strikes me that I need a cheap solution, which will allow me not to twist my poor neck to be able to watch Tim's instructions at the same time playing along with hime.
Finally today I found a good solution, the iDisplay from www.shapeservices.com.
The total cost for the iPad app is now at $4.99 while, the hosting server is free. I'm using 802.11n local wireless network with both my Desktop and my iPad, and there is less then half second delay between the sound coming out of my speaker which connected to the desktop and the lip movement of Tim coming out of my iPad screen, which is totally acceptable for learning and practice. Maybe partially due to the fact that I'm using a iPad 2, not the new Ipad. I'm expecting the performance in the new iPad will not be as good.
With this investment, I don't have to put my piano right in front of my computer, and there is also no need to by a second LCD monitor with complex mounting system...
Not a bad choice
